A Wise One once said: There exists a headstrong wolf hidden in the heart of each man!
Therefore a huge battle flows day and night between this wolf and man

The arm’s might is not the remedy for this wolf
The master of thought only knows this remedy

Many a time a disheveled and afflicted man
Has severely rung his wolf's neck

And at other times, the might of a praised and braved man
Has been naught but captive in his wolf's claws

He who lays his wolf to the ground
Will gradually become Pure

And he who is defeated every moment by his wolf
Though might appear as a man, is non other than a wolf!

And he who puts up with his wolf
Will develop the wolf’s temper and trait

While young, grab a hold of your wolf’s soul
Alas! If this wolf turns old with you

In old age, even if you be as a lion
You will be helpless in the battle with the old wolf

When people tear each other up
It is in fact their wolves that lead and guide them such

When man is afflicted in such manner
Proves that the wolves are in charge

And those oppressors who are in close relationship
It is their wolves that are each other's acquaintances

Wolves are companions in the way and men but strangers
With whom should one share this strange condition
